Katherine Fairey provides her work to you subject to the following terms and conditions.  Please read these terms and conditions before placing any order.  We reserve the right to amend these at any time.  Where specified 'Katherine Fairey' refers to the company and supplier, and not the artist herself.  When placing an order we assume that you agree to be bound by these terms.

prices

Prices published on the website do not include packaging or delivery unless stated otherwise.  All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling.

methods of payment

Payment may be made by cheque, postal order or credit/debit card or bank transfer. Please make all cheques payable to 'Katherine Fairey'.  For a more prompt delivery and security we recommend ordering online and paying by credit/debit card via paypal.  The following cards are accepted:

dimensions

All dimensions are in millimetres and are approximate measurements only.

discontinued, out of stock or sold items

If an item is discontinued, sold or is out of stock by the time you place your order then an alternative will be offered.

refunds

If the item purchased from Katherine Fairey does not meet with your expectations then you may request a full refund of the item by writing to Katherine Fairey stating clearly your reasons for dissatisfaction of the item.  This request should be made within 14 days of receiving item.  See the Returns Policy page for further details.

damaged goods

Katherine Fairey must be notified of faulty or damaged goods within 7 days of receipt to enable us to either replace the goods or provide a credit.  See the Returns Policy page for further details on the return of goods.

deliveries outside of uk

For deliveries outside of the UK mainland, please email Katherine Fairey for prices before ordering.
